Online Order Policies

 

The billing and shipping addresses must match on all online orders. If they do not, the order will be cancelled. For any order over $1,000, we require a valid photo ID that matches the name and billing/shipping address on the order.

If you're unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order-- we're happy to help!

If you're interested in a pre-owned sneaker, please reach out for detailed photos before completing your purchase.

Orders placed after 12PM will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

If selecting in-store pickup, you must bring the physical card used for purchase along with a matching photo ID. The name on your order must alight with the ID at checkout.
