Billing & Shipping Address: The billing and shipping addresses must match on all online orders. If they do not, the order will be canceled.

High-Value Orders: For any order over $1,000, we require a valid photo ID that matches the name and billing/shipping address on the order.

Pre-Owned Purchases: If you’re interested in a pre-owned sneaker, please reach out for detailed photos before completing your purchase.

Shipping Schedule: Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
